  32.                                | little short and a suffix field (for "M.D.",  
  33.                                | "PhD", etc) is needed. And it's been our      
  34.                                | experience that two lines for the address are 
  35.                                | frequently not enough; company name,          
  36.                                | department name, building number, floor,      
  37.                                | suite number, and box number are often used   
  38.                                | in different combinations that require more
